You’ll start the journey of your choice between 6-7 am to beat the Bucaramanga morning traffic and relax in your private vehicle for approximately 3 hours to reach the scenic location of the Cascadas de Juan Curí. On arrival, you’ll instantly see these breathtaking waterfalls. With a combined height of 820 ft (250 m), they are both impressive and peaceful at the same time.
To arrive at a wonderful idyllic swimming spot at the lower waterfalls you’ll walk through a humid lush tropical rainforest brisling with life.
Once you’ve soaked up this amazing landscape and committed every part of this tremendous morning to memory you will head off to the preserved colonial town of Barichara.

After spending only a few moments in Barichara you’ll completely understand why it is called the most beautiful town in Colombia and quite possibly the world. You will fall in love with the colonial architecture, cobbled roads, and artisan workshops. Your guide will be walking you to the most important streets, such as Calle Real. Along with the most significant Churches, the amazing cemetery, spectacular views of the Suarez Canyon, and the very best artisan shops. (Optional extra for those wanting to conserve energy: travel through Barichara in a mini-Chiva or Tuk Tuk).

As your time here comes to an end, you’ll sit back into your comfortable private vehicle for a relaxing drive back to Bucaramanga, passing the magical views of the Chicamocha canyon along the way.
